Ley Nº 18091 CREDITOS LABORALES. PRESCRIPCION. REGIMEN. MODIFICACION.

Ley Nº&nbsp 14.188 , de 5 deabril de 1974, interrumpe la prescripción. Artículo&nbsp 4º .-&nbsp Los plazos de prescripciónprevistos en la presente ley también se interrumpen con la mera presentación de lademanda o cualquier otra gestión jurisdiccional del interesado tendiente a proteger opreparar el cobro del crédito, ante el tribunal competente, sin necesidad de trámiteposterior alguno. Artículo&nbsp 5º .-&nbsp Quedan incluidas en el régimen deprescripción establecido en los artículos&nbsp 1º y 2º, las relaciones laboralesvigentes a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la presente norma legal. Artículo&nbsp 6º .-&nbsp Derógase el artículo&nbsp 29 dela Ley Nº&nbsp 16.906 , de 7 deenero de 1998. &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp Sala de Sesiones de la Cámara de Senadores, en Montevideo, a27 de diciembre de 2006.
